A full range of RTU equipment is available to meet your system's needs. From monitoring the status of grinder pumps, creating a simple alarm system, lift stations, or small and large treatment plants, High Tide has an answer for any monitoring need.
A typical High Tide system starts with hardware RTUs that can be used as standalone units, or in conjunction with existing equipment. The RTUs are connected via cellular, satellite, or ethernet communications. Once the hardware is installed, set up, and tested by ACS, High Tide personnel will work directly with the customer to customize graphics layout at no extra cost until the customer is happy. The user can then access the web based HMI software on any internet-enabled computer or mobile device. This software is included at no additional cost. Via this online software platform, you can view data, initiate manual controls, and have access to information about pump runtimes, electrical consumption, flow rates, and more.
