ACS has built its name on service and relationships with our customers. For over 40 years openness, honesty, responsiveness, and fairness have been our core principles. We understand the demands placed on water systems and the importance they play in the quality of life in a municipality. After successful installation of a system, ACS provides warranty and repair service. ACS also provides repair services to systems other corporations have installed.
Day to day operations at ACS center on customer needs and service schedules are flexible. Emergency service calls are given highest priority and will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The nature of the normal service call dictates that these will primarily occur during normal business hours. Depending on circumstances, an ACS customer or ACS may require a service call to occur outside of normal business hours.
